This project involved a vital accessibility upgrade of the leafy Warrawee Station, centred around construction of a lift shaft servicing the pedestrian overbridge. These works were delivered on behalf of Transport for NSW as part of their Transport Access Program, a NSW Government initiative delivering safe, modern and accessible public transport infrastructure across the state.
Haslin delivered this project concurrently with Hawkesbury River Station, and were proud to be assisting in the provision of a station precinct that is readily accessible to those with reduced mobility – ensuring our state’s public transport benefits every member of the public.
“The success of a TAP project is a function of collaboration and consultation. Haslin understands the importance of stakeholder involvement and make this a priority throughout design and construction.”
Chris Hammond, Senior Project Manager
“Haslin have a long history of delivering rail infrastructure with minimal commuter interruption, and we’re excited to be working with Transport for NSW again, doing just that.”
Colin Woods, Managing Director
