This project involved the construction of a multipurpose, 2 storey community centre including library, community and administration facilities. The building incorporates significant energy-saving GreenStar Systems in the design, including rooftop solar panels.
The complex architectural structure and distinctive roof profile required highly detailed metalwork and steelwork. The project also involved the construction of a 100-car carpark to RMS standards.
