This project entailed the Design & Construct of a heritage-sensitive multi-storey carpark, with 567 car spaces spread across 5 suspended concrete decks. Working within our client’s strict budget, Haslin collaboratively delivered a highly functional, neo-brutalist design that incorporated myriad heritage elements from the storied site – North Strathfield’s old Arnott’s Factory.
The facility includes 2 lifts, 2 stairways, ramps, site-specific electrical infrastructure, landscaping, signage, CCTV plus the associated roads, footpaths and public domain works. The carpark is part of the larger, $52m Bakehouse Quarter development also delivered by Haslin Constructions, a heritage-sensitive revitalisation of the old Arnott’s Factory, turning the disused site into a vibrant commercial and residential precinct.
“Haslin were proud to deliver this deliver this functional, heritage-sensitive carpark on behalf of our client.”
