Year Completed 2002
Location Beverly Hills
This project involved a complete upgrade of the existing Beverly Hills station, as part of RailCorp’s Easy Access upgrades. Works involved construction of a new concourse, stair canopies and the installation of a new lift, adjacent to existing tracks. A precast lift shaft was built in order to minimise disruption to commuters. As with all HASLIN rail projects, detailed Work Method Statements were vital so as to meet strict HASLIN and Railcorp safety requirements for working in close proximity to electrified lines.
This upgrade was completed to a very high standard and is not only a vital part of the NSW transport network, but also a demonstration of HASLIN’s long reputation for delivering high-quality rail projects.
